Ph.D./D.B.A. in Values-Driven Leadership -- Curriculum Overview

The Ph.D./D.B.A. Program in Values-Driven Leadership is housed within Benedictine University’s College of Business, Center for Values-Driven Leadership -- a globally-linked network of top universities, corporations, executives, thought leaders, and other partners dedicated to advancing responsible business through research and education. The Center is currently engaged in a multi-year learning initiative focused on studying the exemplary practices of values-driven companies and disseminating them via executive-oriented, web-based, multimedia learning channels. Students in the Ph.D./D.B.A. Program will work closely with faculty to advance this learning agenda, and after graduation, they have the option of remaining an active part of the Center as Partners or Associates.
