Succeeding in today’s rapidly changing business environment takes nimbleness and speed not required of previous generations. To evolve at the speed of change, leaders must develop strategies that are as complex as your organization and as inspiring as your own vision for the future, and yet easily executable.
At this Senior Executive Roundtable, you will learn the skills and strategies that allow you to:
Join Bill Pasmore, a global authority on designing leadership systems for change, and a group of your executive peers for Driving Enterprise Change: Leadership Strategies for Agile Organizations.
Keynote speaker Bill Pasmore has worked for decades inside some of the world’s most successful companies – including Kimberly Clark, Unilever, and Hewlett Packard – to help their top executives drive change. He is a globally respected thinker in organizational design and change, the Organizational Practice Leader for the Center for Creative Leadership, and a visiting professor at Columbia Teachers College. Bill will be joined by Tom Walter, Chief Culture Officer and CEO of Tasty Catering, one of Chicago's leading catering companies, and a "serial entrepreneur" who has started 29 companies. As co-author of "It’s My Company Too," Tom is nationally recognized as an expert in shaping workplace cultures through investing in employees.
