Building the Best: How Values-Based Leaders Create World-Class Organizations
No one wants to settle for good enough.
We want to be the best possible leader, guiding the most effective team; we want our company to be the best partner for our customers and clients, and the best investment for our shareholders. When we think of our own legacy, we hope to make our best possible contribution to society.
So how do we become the best?
Author, professor, and former Baxter CEO Harry Kraemer Jr. draws from research and his extensive leadership background to identify the principles of world-class, values-based organizations. His findings show that becoming the best starts with the mindset of the individual leader, and expands from there.
Join Kraemer at our next Senior Executive Roundtable for a powerful session designed to help you build exceptional, world-class organizations – starting with your role as a values-based leader. Our interactive, executive-level session will help you master the principles of values-based leadership, so you can build a thriving organization where people flourish and together achieve extraordinary results.
